I had a rough start at Casa Kanabri, getting kicked out of the lobby twice due to privatization while waiting for my room. The treatment by some staff left much to be desired, but the place itself was clean and had a nice vibe. On the plus side, the evening receptionist was super friendly and professional, which was a nice touch in an otherwise disappointing experience.
